As you may have noticed, we have been experiencing shipping delays for several of our products. This has been caused by several updates to both our systems and shipping process that will allow us to ship our items to you more efficiently in the future.
We currently have employees working around the clock to address the issues and continue to make progress. Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email complete with tracking information.

If you contact customer service during normal business hours, they can assist you in tracking down and/or making changes to your order. We recognize that customer service wait times have been longer than usual due to an increase in call volume. We expect our call volume to return to normal soon.
