Due to the impact that COVID-19 has had on leagues across the country, we will be temporarily extending our return policy. Any unused items can be returned for free through the end of the 2020 fall ball season. Custom items are not included in this extension.
Items being returned must be in new, unused, original condition. All original boxes, bags, packaging, accessories, and literature must be in new condition and included with the product. We do not accept returns on customized items, steamed gloves, gift cards or products not purchased from us and sent to our returns department in error.
Once the item(s) is received it will be inspected by our product specialists. If it is determined there has been an abuse of the product it will be returned back to you. Please allow up to 10 business days for the return to be processed.
Once the return has processed a refund for the cost of the product will be issued back to the original form of payment.
In order to be able to cover a new product under free returns, we do not offer exchanges, however, you are welcome to return any unwanted products and replace an order for the different item(s).
Any promotional pricing will not be applied to the replacement order.

If the item is shipped from our facility It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3:
1. Visit UPS.com and enter your UPS Package Tracking number in the “TRACK” search window.
2. Select “Return This Package” and click “Submit”.
3. Select “Print Label” or “Send Barcode to Mobile phone” to use at a nearby UPS Store.
If the item is shipped from the manufacturer directly please contact us at 855.397.8170 so a return packing slip can be provided.
To be eligible, your original item must have been shipped via UPS Standard Package Shipment. Orders shipped outside the contiguous 48 states are not eligible for our free returns program.

If your order is lost or delivered to you damaged please contact us at 855.397.8170 so a claim can be initiated.
We will then start the claim process, please keep in mind that the claim process can take 8-10 business days for a resolution. Team Express reserves the right to refuse a refund or replacement depending on the results of the claim.
All refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.
Manufacturers Warranties- the following products must call the manufacturer for a resolution.
* All (non wood) bats have a minimum 365 day return period with the manufacturer.
* All-Star helmets are to be returned to the All-star for repair or replacement.
* Pitching Machines.
* Oakley glasses- No warranty for football or catchers sun visors.
Drop Ship Items are returned to our Distribution Center. Please contact us at 855.397.8170 for warranty information on drop ship items.
