What is Club Cash?
For every purchase you make, you will earn
Club Cash. You will earn $1 for every $20 of
merchandise you purchased from Team
Express.
To redeem Club Cash on phone orders,
simply ask your sales representative for
your Club Cash balance and you may apply
some or all of the amount to your order.
To redeem your Club Cash on Internet
orders, make sure you log in. If you have
not registered, you need to do this before
checking out. At the order review and
payment stage of the checkout process
you will be asked if you want to apply your
Club Cash at that time.
If for any reason your Club Cash is not
recognized online, call customer service

How do I know when new product is
coming out?
Our Team Express Reward Club Members
will be the first to know when new products
become available. Our members will receive
e-mail announcements before the general
public. As a result, members will be able
to place their orders sooner and will have a
better chance of receiving their product before
we sell out or go into backorder. Although we
can't guarantee product availability, (we will
do our best, but availability is dependent on
our vendors), if the product is on backorder,
members will be first in line for delivery by
way of their early order placement.

How do I get access to closeout product
sooner?
Our Team Express Reward Club Members
will be the first to know when new closeout
merchandise is available. Our members will
receive e-mail announcements before the
general public. Although it won't guarantee
that the closeouts will still be in stock when
you visit our websites, members will have
access sooner and the selection should be
wider than what will be available to nonmembers.

Product Testing
What is the Product Testing Program?
Only Team Express Rewards Club Members
are eligible for the Product Testing
Program. Team Express is partnering with
its vendors to make products available to
be tested and reviewed.
Periodically, Team Express partners with its manufacturers and suppliers to make products available to be tested and reviewed. When a product testing opportunity becomes available, selected members will be contacted for participation. Upon acceptance, the product will be distributed. After a trial period, members will be asked to evaluate the product. Return the evaluation and the product is yours to keep and the evaluations will be posted on our website.
Despite being limited to Team Express Members only, product testing opportunities are extremely limited. Being a Member DOES NOT guarantee a product testing opportunity.
