Pro Ice's shoulder, upper arm and elbow wrap covers the rotator cuff, upper arm, and elbow for cold therapy prevententive injury maintenance. Uses a water-based freezing element, not a gel. I enjoy being able to comfortably wear the shoulder ice wrap and be able to continue walking around and working with my hands free. It is nice to have the anti-inflammatory help for my rotator cuff that this ice wrap provides. I would definitely recommend this to my friends with rotator cuff injuries, or bursitis. It arrived in a prompt manner. I thought the price is resonable, too.

I found your site while searching for ice packs for shoulder surgery (I'm not an athlete). This is a GREAT product! The hospital used little ice bags which would have been impossible for me to manage frequently changing ice as well as limited coverage. I cut the 2 pieces apart after realizing the elbow part wasn't needed, giving 4 packs. Used them in the car and even shopping, not sure what I'd have done without the excellent coverage. Received them in almost no time. Thanks!

My son is a 12 year old left handed pitcher with a 6.5 to 1 strike outs to walks ratio. He has been using this product to ice his arm down after every outing and he has no problems at all. Use this product for 15 minites (ice your players arm down) after every outing. We don't go to a travel ball game, league game, play off game, or Championship game without it.

I bought one for each of my sons, They work great when kept frozen. melt fast even in ice chest.They will stay frozen if wrapped around a frozen bottle.
So much easier than wrapping a bag of ice around your arm. Ice lasts about 20-25 minutes.

Works well but the holding stretch strap needs to be a tad longer. Too tight for me and does cause pain in surgery area if left on very long. Surgery to repair torn Rotator Cuff from bad fall in Nov.'08 and old baseball injury from 1965.
