This ice pack works perfect OVER clothing. I had knee surgery over the summer, I officiate High School Basketball in the winter and need to ice my knee after games as it gets pretty sore after a game. It goes over my sweats or jeans comfortably and I can feel the icing effect through them. I plan on using this in the summer after my baseball games. This is a very fine and cost effective product.
