Do you like a stiff glove, designed to be broken in the old fashioned way at home? Or would you prefer a soft, game-ready glove that's good to go right out of the box? Either way, Rawlings has you covered. Just check the Break-In Meter to see how stiff or soft each glove is.
Each glove is rated by how much they've already been broken in. Gloves on the "Factory" side of the spectrum come pre-treated, and they're softer. Gloves marked "Player" use stiffer leather, and they aren't treated at the factory.

Comments about Rawlings Heart of Hide Yadier Molina Game Day 34" Catcher's Mitt:
I bought this glove trying to find a lighter glove. I found that the glove to be extremely light, the mesh is very comfortable and breathe able. I'm a college player so I catch kids throwing between 88-92 its decent on padding, where it lacks padding is the thumb. Also after about 1 season the glove got very soft but its starting to get floppy. its not bad for the price. Overall 8.5/10
