This is a wonderful product to practice and hone correct swing mechanics. Can't cast or drop your hands or loop your swing with this product. It also forces the hands to stay inside the ball and follow thru with the swing. Can also practice hitting down on the ball or work on a level swing since the angle is adjustable. And it's easily transportable. Wish I had purchased this product before now.

Only down side is the tees will wear out from constant pounding. But I substitute long golf tees secured with a bungee chord as a swing target during practices that don't require a baseball to be used. These golf tees are resilient and cheap, which allows me to preserve the other tees for when a baseball/wiffle ball is used on the tee.

The Swing 5000 gives immediate feedback to hitters that are casting or dropping their hands. The product also trains hitters to get their hands to the pitcher. The hitters swing becomes more level. The adjustability allows for practicing a multiple of swings for softball and baseball. be careful that some of the nuts and screws can and do get hit and can bend or break.

I received the product in two daysand in great condition. It was a great additional hitting station for gym practice. We keep it down at the field now that the snow finally melted.

I teach hitting and I have students that have used this in private lessons with other hitting instructors and it teaches a downward swing, if their timing is perfect they can hit the ball, but not many are. Ted Williams swung on plane with the ball and we know how he did! I do not recomend this tee to anyone. Coach B.M.

It's a great product to use. The instructions are a bit confusing but once it gets put together, you will not want to use any other tee.

I am a freshman in high school and i used to play for the varsity baseball team. I was in a long hitting slump and i couldn't find a way to get out of it, so I got moved down to JV to play and fix my swing. The first game down there, i went 0-4, all F8's. The next day i borrowed this from a friend and then the next game i went 1-2 with an rbi and two walks. This helped me so much, and if i forget my swing again, this is the first thing i will come to get get it back.
