FOR ANY QUANTITY
I bought both the 37" and 33" version of this bat. The 37" has a little more pop but is much harder to hit consistently. I like the 33" version better. I have big hands so I found the grip to be a little small. A quick tape job make it fit my hand a little better.
Coach on a 12U travel and Little League teams. Minimum amount of wear after heavy usage for infield and outfield practice so far this spring. Good balance makes it easy to get the ball where you want it to go. I plan to get the longer one I like it so much.
This was a gift for my son, who is a college baseball coach. He was excited to receive that bat and says, "these are the best."
the ssk fungo is the best fungo out there hands down, but just like everything else is does have a flaw. it can break easily. i threw the fungo down (not hard) after getting mad at my son and the fungo cracked right in half. i use the 33inch fungo for infield and outfield and it has great pop. i have no problem hitting 250+ft reaching the outfielder easily. if you use the fungo 4 to 6 times a week like i do, i will only last a year or two, and at [$] it's not cheap. but after using other fungo's i would never use any other.
37" bad has been very durable and great all around but I've had two 33" so far in 2012 and both broke easily
Easy to hit fly balls and grounders on a youth sized field.
infield indoor practice , I use a longer fungo for in and out practices outside
Great coaching aid
Title says it all. Truly the best fungo out there. Great control for infield drills and awesome for outfield work. I took my 14 year old son to the phillies complex to watch them workout the other day and every single fungo they were using was an ssk:)
