I coach my 8 year old son's team. I take this to practice for the kids to warm up with.
I have my son do about 3 sets (10-12 reps), at least every other day. Well, after just a week and a half of use, he feels (and I see) the difference in his throw. Last week he through a runner out at first, from right field!
