Comments about BEN-MAC & CO. Cannonball Weighted Softball Training Ball:
My daughter uses this ball every pitching practice together. It creates a work out for her wrist. First few times using Cannonball Weighted Softball Training Ball made her wrist sore from the practice but as she has practiced more with it, the muscle is developing to snap the ball harder. She only does her snaps and flicks with this ball and then switches to the official ball for her whole pitching motion and anything else far from the plate. Both her and I can hear the difference as she does her flicks with the cannonball and then the official ball. Still early to tell if it increases her overall speed.

Comments about BEN-MAC & CO. Cannonball Weighted Softball Training Ball:
If you want to strengthen your arm, loosen up quickly, or rehab your arm, this is the product to do it. Start with 10 throws and graduate to throwing 40 or 50. You will see a difference and not regret the purchase.

Comments about BEN-MAC & CO. Cannonball Weighted Softball Training Ball:
As a mens pitcher and college coach I've used the cannonball to build arm strength, improve wrist snap and spin. DO NOT MAX OUT WITH THIS BALL - it is intended for drills and modified speed throwing. The rubber can get slick, but the ball is smaller than regulation which allows for improved control.

Comments about BEN-MAC & CO. Cannonball Weighted Softball Training Ball:
As a pitching coach for a high school fast pitch program, I find this product extremenly helpful for warming up pitchers on a daily basis during practices and pre-game warmups.
It is very effective in creating arm strength, arm speed, and wrist strenghting for working on off-speed rotations.
This product goes everywhere the catching gear goes.
If I were to make a recommendation, I would like to see this product in florescent green or whatever color it is officially called. The same or similar color for high school standards. I feel this may result in possible a safety issue. We have 4 blue ones and they are hard to see with low light or dark backgrounds.
