The base plug began losing bristles the first time we ran a drag over the field. We have purchased base plugs before and they withstood dragging the field for a whole season without losing any bristles. The picture in the add shows a rope to pull the plug up, none on the plugs we received.

works well, not sure how durable it will be over long term use. Looks like something that was made in HS shop class. Need the clean out tool to go because no sooner than you pull the plug dirt will find a way in. First use they were great.

I wanted something for our league that would make it easier to find our field plugs. We have 3 different pitching mounds and two sets of bases on each field so having plugs that would not interfere with the play of the ball was an issue. We ordered just a few at first to see how they would work for us and found that these plugs work GREAT and we order more to fill all of our base plugs. i highly recommend this product.
