Love the net! Bought for travel ball and used for 4 months. Now using for Little League practice...fold nicely, once you figure it out...it actually folds it's self once you start it! Zipper on bag broke, but that is a small thing...we still can use the velcro closures. High recommend if looking into a pop up net!

I ordered this net but no longer use it, my 3 year old son does now. I play a lot of mens softball and thought the net would be a good investment. i was wrong; the net could not even stand up anymore after hitting into it a few times. I then tied it down which was a bad idea, the balls just broke through the net after that. It is perfect for my son who hits his tee-balls in to it, so it wasn't a total waste.

Comments about Easton Pop Up Squarecatch Net:
purchased this model because it appeared to be a quick set-up before games (for soft toss) and of course the name - Easton; very disappointed; the frame actually came apart and had to hold it up by hand for our 1st game and then useless afterward

Comments about Easton Pop Up Squarecatch Net:
The net did not fold up like it should have. Both of the bars used to hold it up broke within the first couple weeks, and the sides of the net bent so it will no longer stand up straight. Very dissapointing product!

Comments about Easton Pop Up Squarecatch Net:
We use this for soft toss and hitting off the tee. I have also used this for long throws for from outfield to home plate. It has a heavy, bulky wire frame. Solid once set up. If you can collapse a sun blocker on a car windshiled, then you can use this net. It folds up in a similar pattern. It assembles and collapses in less than a minute (once you learn how to fold it up correctly). It is stiff so its takes a little practice. It is fast to set up and take down. My dome net takes a lot longer to set up due to all the poles (same as tent poles). Reccomended.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
