Get That Quick 1st Step! Power Bands are used to strengthen leg
muscles and increase joint stability so you get that quick 1st step. Increased cuff can be adjusted to fit over a bare ankle or an ankle brace. Power Bands now come with a green sheath (medium) or black sheath (large) to protect around the resistance band. Low profile hinge system allows the athlete to gain maximum benefit from drills performed while wearing the Power Band. The resistance load that you call out is measured when the band is stretched to 2x its original length.
