It seems Rawlings is discontinuing the old version of the "workhorse" with this new one. IT is worthless. It is a thinner version and the pad came completely out of place (bunched up and can't massage back into place). The old glove was durable and the only glove I have used in the last 7 years. Rawlings lost a batting glove customer.

Had these for 1 season (about 24 games), first game of fall season, the back of the right glove ripped in half. The palms weren't worn down, the back of the gloves are made out of extremely poor quality material.

I really like these gloves. In addition to the pros I identified, they break in well. I love that the wrist strap doesn't limit the range of motion of my wrist and is placed at just the right position for me. Since I also wear a glove under my fielding glove for additional support and protection, my only con is that it doesn't have additional padding to serve that purpose. If it did it would be perfect.

Great product, I bought mine one size small by accident. The gloves worked well and feel great! I've probably taken over 1000 swings with them and no problems! The padding shifted once when I was swinging, but went right back into place. Definitley going to get a new pair that fit. Overall, excellent gloves at a good price

I loved these gloves, they seemed a little big size-wise at first but they kind of fit to my hands as i wore them. i used them on both wood and metal bats and they worked great with both. by the end of the year the grip dried out a little but if you use pine tar that will help. they were very comfortable and well padded. Probably the best pair of batting gloves ive yused so far in my career

These gloves wear out easily. The dirt from the feild dries up the gloves and makes the batting gloves waek. I heard that if you put it in a ziplock bag it will help them from drying out.
Good grip. Awesome for baseball games and practices. Do not use on the bases or it will cause them to dry out faster.
