Got this bat the other day and tried it out for the first time on a machine. First few hits felt good then on about the eight hit the bat snapped in about half. This was becuase the bat was wayyy too dry and not durable at all, as evident by the easy scratches that it endured.

My 14 yr old loves this bat! He says it's well balanced and light. A great bat for the price. Although he's been using wood and metal bats for a few years, this bat is an easy transition to make from metal. We order 2 at a time. Keep in mind it's wood so it won't last more than 4 to 6 months.

Good bat. I purchased two of these bats last summer and we still have one which was used during the past high school season in the batting cages and during batting practices. It is currently being used for summer practice and in summer baseball games and tournaments.Offered to buy my son, who is a junior in high school and everyday player, a more expensive bat and he asked me to order him two more of these bats.

Have used same type of bat but in the wood finish that has lasted. Very disappointing on how quick it chipped. This occurred with baseballs being underhanded to the hitter in a practice cage, when the bat was being used for the first time. I know there is no money back warranty on wood bats, but I wish in this situation there should be. Even at the special price I purchased the bat for. Very disappointing.
