Comments about Brett Bros. Wulf Man 110 Birch Wood Baseball Bat:

This is a great looking bat. The transition from bamboo to traditional wood is very interesting. I have not owned a bamboo before and thought i would try this out. It is constructed of laminate pieces and wrapped in the handle/grip area up to the barrel. Its a beautiful bat and has a high gloss finish. The only drawback is that the finish means you need to add a grip since its pretty slick, but i think most batters add grip now anyways. If you don't want a grip, a light sanding and some tar would serve good purpose. It hits well, allthough, again not having a bamboo before, i am not sure how long this bat would last. For now, it hits well, is well balanced, has a fairly large sweet spot, and the grip is fairly thick for a standard bat. I like the thickness. It should last a little longer due to the thickness, but i am not sure how well laminate holds up to hard contact. I added a lizard skins grip and some bat tape at the knob end to personalize it and make the grip to my liking.. with the grip it is very well balanced and has a good feel to it. Could not beat this for the price.

Comments about Brett Bros. Wulf Man 110 Birch Wood Baseball Bat:

This bat is like a Toyota truck. Not too flashy, but goes forever. VERY stiff feel and powers up for line drives to the gaps. Large handle knob helps grip-n-rip swing. Totally anonymous style. If you like pizzazz get a $150 wood bat, but you might hit just as well with this one.

Comments about Brett Bros. Wulf Man 110 Birch Wood Baseball Bat:

Got this bat as a Christmas gift last year, used it during spring ball and Legion ball. I actually got more distance with this than I did my BBCOR bats but the sweet spot isn't as big. It feels lighter than my BBCORs and I would use it vs guys that threw really hard. I just ordered 2 more, one of each model.
