To me,this works i used it today and i hit a ball the hardest all winter. Keeps bat in fingers and offers a little power too. The only thing is you have to get used to it on your thumb. But it works!

When I got this product i was looking for something that would prevent my thumb from getting hurt while taking batting practice. This does the job. I can now swing wood without worrying about hurting my thumb.As for quicker hands Im not sure. But will improve confidence cause you wont have to worry about getting hurt by the vibration that you feel when you don't hit the ball with the meat of the bat
