I was introduced to this product by doing research online and bought a box. Let me tell you I am a pitcher and an DH for my amateur team and College team and this is by far the best grip aide I have used (it is just as sticky as a mota stick without the mess). I am holding the bat looser in my hand which allows me to be quicker to the ball and focus cause I know I have a firm grip on the bat. The biggest Pro is there is no mess!!! I am picky and like my stuff nice cause it looks better for one and lasts longer, with this product you add a little and there is no sign by looking at it which I like. Lastly I was using it before each at bat, but I now have been using it before batting practice and it lasts me a whole game, a little goes a long way with this stuff and would recommend it to everyone.[...]

I use GG for my tennis racquet handle when playing in summertime heat when my hand perspires. It is very effective, but the stickiness of the towel fades too quickly.

I use this product on Vertical bar training (pole dancing) and it is brilliant. This is a well known product on the pole circuit and i am suprised to be the first to write a review saying this. This product is perfect when doing advanced- expert training as the grip allows you to average 15 moves per climb on the pole. Brilliant for beginners struggling with sweaty hands and those whom grip is a disadvantage to them. Only downfall is though alot of the residue resides on the pole making any spins rather impossible without an alcohol clean of the pole.
